All persons are of with unique habits and behaviors obviously the food habits are also different according to the nature of their place of born and brought up. For an example vegetarian and non vegetarian peoples are two opposite extremes, but both of them have the physical problems and diseases because of their diets.
Vegetarians commonly affect with iron deficiencies, non vegetarians mostly get colon system diseases due to lack of digestion ability. Those people definitely feel hard to change their life style and food habits especially it’s impossible for vegetarian to change as a non vegetarian. Only alternative to compensate the deficiencies are dietary supplements.

Dietary supplements are usually in the form of pill, capsule, liquids and tablets. Supplementary drugs are approximately like a food which helps to stay healthy. And it was approved by USA Food and Drug Administration. Dietary supplements are to balance the individual food habits to remove the deficiency from their body. The dosage should be regulated by the experts based on the needed person food habits and health conditions. Over all dietary supplements are necessary for most of the people because it’s common to have a unique food habits and life style but while that disturbing body health it might turn to trouble.
